Maximo (Mordechai) Bucher came on a nostalgic visit to Israel. This was a great opportunity for renewing acquaintances after half a century since the Educational TV made its fledgling appearance in Israel.
A great time was had by all, recalling achievements and mistakes of those early days: the problems with the studio doors which were not soundproof; the air conditioning compressors that made all the pictures shudder from time to time; setting up the cameras correctly; the endless discussions as to whether a program should be edited; the installation of the lighting grids (which to this day are still functioning efficiently); problems with the directors; and more….
